Technical support has a high level of importance for our company as understanding our customer’s need for immediate support and problem resolution are two of our most important pillars. At Witech, our technical support team is ready to provide the needed expertise on any technical issue via phone, email, on-site response, or remote connection to our client’s servers/PCs/Remote units.
Repairs of other product brands or Witech manufactured devices are done at our in-house certified lab, which allows us to guarantee the manufacturer’s requirements.
