INTEGRITY

NOVO is able to connect remotely from the desktop application located at the control center or via web access with cathodic protection systems as well as test point devices in order to receive information for automatically adjusting the rectifiers required to achieve the perfect level of protection of the entirepipeline. All alarms are sent in real time due to high/low or lack of protection levels.

GAS QUALITY

For mission critical operations, real time alarms are sent to NOVO for low odorant in tank, pump failure, low voltage, etc. NOVO takes care of the right odorant application to ensure the proper odorant level at all points in the network. Reports can be configured according to the user’s requirements to receive all gas quality information that is necessary to make real time decisions.

MEASUREMENT

Automated measurement auditing helps compare in real time behavior of 2 consumption measurements and generates alarms when off; often used to monitor fraud or non-technical losses. NOVO is also compatible with low power automatic meter reading in order to obtain all information from absolutely all of your clients, even those without telemetry. NOVO variable tracker as part of the measurement module allows the monitoring of any operational value in real time, this involves a constant comparison of the device’s measuring variable vs. its projected normal behavior during specific day and time, helping keep complete control of all situations that could become harmful at any time.

SECURITY

1000 levels of operator’s privileges allows administrators to configure different users to do only what they need to, what they can control, see and day/time of allowed access. Uses high security transactional databases (SQL Server). Disaster recovery, hot stand-by servers, back-up in real time, between others. No data is lost when a server or communication media fails.

TECHNICAL AND NON TECHNICAL LOOSES (FRAUD)

This module is used for the critical analysis of operational and historical data in order to automatically detect in real time possible non-technical losses in clients. Limits above and below consumption can be configured by the administrator as well as all kind of alarms and be directed to those responsible for them.

COMMERCIAL

Nomination prediction automates the company’s and end customer’s nomination on their usage of gas or transport pipelines hourly/daily. NOVO calculates their nominations using a complex analysis of historical behavior. Billing/settlement automates the billing, billing cycles, contract management, capacities taking into account all variables and parameters for taxes, rates, tariffs, etc. making life easier for everyone.
